Therefore, based on <br /> our test results, 3 of the proposed lots produced a passing test. <br /> As per county requirements, the next step is to perform deep <br /> percolation tests (generally 10 to 20 feet deep) at each lot in <br /> order to locate a strata with a percolation rate of 30 minutes per <br /> inch or faster. The county allows the use of sump pits provided <br /> the required percolation rate is obtained. <br /> 14 <br />
