g. REMOVAL OF FACILITIES: Freestanding structures, antennas, and supporting equipment <br /> associated with wireless telecommunication shall be removed by the provider of such facilities and <br /> the site restored to its pre-construction state if said facilities have not been operational or used for a <br /> period of six (6) consecutive months. Removal and site restoration shall be completed within ninety <br /> (90) days of the end of said six (6) month period. (Development Title Section 9-1065.8) <br /> h. TOWER LIGHTS: For safety purposes, the communications tower shall be lighted according to the <br /> following: <br /> (1) A red light shall be placed at or near the top of the tower. <br /> 2.
