October 11,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05111 B <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on September 28, 2005. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site,our office reviewed <br /> a 2005 aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleMaps. We counted the <br /> building clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system.
