Soil sample locations and scope of chemical analyses were based on the <br /> standard of practice for UST removal actions at the time of the work. <br /> No investigation is thorough enough to exclude the presence of hazardous materials at a given site. <br /> If hazardous conditions have not been identified during the assessment, such a finding should not <br /> therefore be construed as a guarantee of the absence of such materials on the site, but rather as the <br /> result of the services performed within the scope, limitations and cost of the work performed.
