Monitoring Well Installation Report <br /> • RIVER CITY PETROLEUM-CONNELL MOTOR LIFT TRUCK <br /> 2211 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California <br /> ' 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Ms. Kama Harrigfeld, Esq., for Connell Motor Lift Truck, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Monitoring Well Installation Report for the <br /> property located at 2211 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California (the site). Additionally, a work <br /> plan is included within the document to satisfy directives from the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> ' Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB).The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1. Site structures,soil <br /> borings and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> The scope of work included the installation and development of two ground water monitoring wells, <br /> performance of a limited ground water monitoring event and preparation of this report. The work <br /> was performed in accordance with procedures outlined the AGE prepared Monitoring Well <br /> ' Installation Work Plan dated 01 June 2004 and approved by the CVRWQCB letter dated 21 June <br /> 2004. <br /> A total of thirty-seven monitoring well have been installed at the stie. Seventeen wells are shallow- <br /> water wells screened at the water table(40-60 feet bsg);the remaining wells are either intermediate <br /> '• or deep monitoring wells.From a compilation and comparison of the site specific data a total of eight <br /> hydrogeologic units(HUs)were defined. Background information and a site conceptual model are <br /> included in Appendix A. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> ' Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines established by the CVRWQCB for <br /> subsurface investigation of contaminated sites. The well numbers of the monitoring wells were <br /> ' reassigned in a sequential order; the renumbered wells are presented on Figure 2. <br /> ' 2.1. MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION <br /> As required to assess the intermediate contamination at the former dispenser area, two additional <br /> ground water monitoring wells(MW-36 and MW-37)were installed in January 2005;the new wells <br /> were closely located with well MW-1 and MW-35 as shown on Figure 2. <br /> 2.1.1. Drilling and Sampling <br /> On 03 and 04 January 2005,the pilot boring for monitoring well MW-36 was advanced using a 50 <br /> • Km Sonic drill rig, equipped with 6.0-inch and 8.0-inch diameter drive drill stems; the 8.0-inch <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
