(DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: Dillon and Murphy APN: 092-180-19 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 29 feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate <br /> flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 105 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for any work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $197. 91 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167 and R-94-174) <br />
