g. LIGHTING. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed according to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1015.5{g} of the Development Title. All lighting shall be <br /> designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines <br /> shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light <br /> shall not cause a hazard to motorists. Lighting details shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> h. PARKING and SURFACING. Construction of the bingo facility shall not displace any of <br /> the site's existing automobile parking spaces. Parking for the approved use shall be <br /> provided by the use of existing, paved parking spaces on the project site. There shall be <br /> no off-site parking permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> i. SIGNAGE. A maximum of two advertising signs shall be permitted for the subject parcel, <br /> only one of which may be a freestanding sign. Sign details shall be consistent with <br /> Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title, and all existing and proposed signs shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan. <br /> j. FLOODING. All new construction on the site shall comply with the provisions of the Flood <br /> Hazard Ordinance (Section 9-1605) of the Development Title. <br /> k. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR,Title <br /> 24) <br /> I. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away' sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (4) See Table No. 31-A, Uniform Building Code/California Building Code, for the <br /> required number of accessible parking spaces associated with this project. <br /> 2.
