OF STOCKTON (DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: Connell Motor Truck Company APN: 117-360-29 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These <br /> flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Orwood Street has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 100 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . A six and one half foot (6 . 5' ) wide concrete sidewalk shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with San Joaquin County standards <br /> along the developed portion of Wilson Way. The <br /> construction of the improvements will be deferred upon execution <br /> by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan.
