(1) Exterior walls of less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one- <br /> hour fire-resistive material. <br /> (2) The proposed use will change from a B-2 (?) occupancy to an H-2 and H-4 <br /> occupancy (UBC Section 502). The structure must be brought into compliance <br /> with all current code provisions, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical, energy, and disabled access requirements. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR,Title <br /> 24) <br /> (4) The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall be served by one or more <br /> floor drains that shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The <br /> separator shall have prior approval by the Environmental Health Division of Public <br /> Health Services before submission to this Division for permits, and it shall meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> h. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the"tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> 2.
