(1) Exterior walls of less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one- hour fire-resistive material. (2) The proposed use will change from a B-2 (?) occupancy to an H-2 and H-4 occupancy (UBC Section 502). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions, including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access requirements. (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR,Title 24) (4) The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall be served by one or more floor drains that shall drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The separator shall have prior approval by the Environmental Health Division of Public Health Services before submission to this Division for permits, and it shall meet all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. h. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the"tow away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) 2.
