Findings for Use Permit
1. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General
Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other
applicable plan adopted by the County.
This Finding can be made because the proposed use is consistent with the I/L
(limited Industrial )designation of the General Plan. The proposed bingo parlor
presents no significant General Plan policy issues and there are no Master, Specific,
or Special Purpose Plans affecting the site..
2. Adeq.,ate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other
necessary facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related
to existing and proposed roadways.
This finding can be made because the site has public road frontage on Wilson Way,
and because all other services are already in place and will be expanded according
to applicable Ordinance Requirements.
3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development.
• This finding can be made because the site is large enough to accommodate the
proposed use and can conform to all applicable Development Title regulations and
requirements.
4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare
or be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties.
This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for the two Revision of
Approved Actions found that the project would not result in any significant, adverse
environmental impacts.
5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses.
• This finding can be made because the original Initial Study prepared for the project and
the Initial Study prepared for the project found that it would not be incompatible with
surrounding land uses.
