A review fee of $390.00 is required at the time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. This study is shall include a Nitrate loading report. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s)under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of devebpmem (Developmertt nle Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 and 9-1110.4) Publl� sewers are required for permanent food facilities. <br /> C. Connect to an approved public water supply system as required by Development Trtla <br /> Section 9-1120.2 <br /> d. Only domestic waste from the restrooms shall be allowed-n the sewage disposal system. <br /> Waste generated by the mobile food units shall be disposed of at an approved <br /> commissary or municipal ptant. <br /> 4.
