In order to establish this use,an approved Zone Reclassification <br /> to change the Conditional Zoning is necessary. <br /> Mobile Home <br /> The applicant has also proposed to place a caretaker mobile home on the property. A caretaker mobile <br /> home is permitted as an accessory use to the open-air mall, pursuant to Development Title Table 9-504.4, <br /> and must be placed on a temporary foundation. Currently,there is a recreational vehicle being used for <br /> caretaking purposes. Recreational vehicles are not permitted to be used in that capacity and will be required <br /> to be removed from the property as a Condition of Approval. <br /> Neighborhood Opposition <br /> The Community Development Department received one phone call in opposition to the proposed truck <br /> driving school.
