1 <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> d. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> e. PARKING: New construction shall not displace any of the site's existing <br /> automobile parking spaces. Parking for the approved use shall be provided by the <br /> use of existing, paved parking spaces on the project site. There shall be no off-site <br /> parking permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> f. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> (1) There shall be maintained sixty (60) foot yards between the produce alley <br /> structure and proposed storage/retail buildings. <br /> JF:vb <br /> SA00056 <br />
