Tate, Jr. APN: 092-180-19 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately 29 Feet NGVD. Per the Flood <br /> Insurance Rate Map 060299-0435B dated 4/13/96. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies , which delineate flood risks, floodplains <br /> and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by <br /> the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San <br /> Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when <br /> the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 105 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br />
