Memorandum -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> SA-00-56 <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $166.28 per <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.) A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing <br /> development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $171.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as warehouse. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the existing development <br /> on this site was in operation on or after April 30, 1991. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects.
