(DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: Jeff and Julie Loudon APN: 119-050-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing <br /> San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may <br /> delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available <br /> for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process <br /> is completed. <br /> Mistletoe Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 50 feet . "E" Street has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet . Wilson Way <br /> has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 110 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145 .4 and 9-1145 . 5) <br /> The driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards CW-C11 prior to issuance <br /> of the occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .5) <br />
