5. For each proposed new building, provide the following information on the plans: <br /> A. Description of proposed use <br /> B. Existing and proposed occupancy Groups <br /> C. Type of construction <br /> D. Sprinklers (Yes or No <br />' E. Number of stories <br /> F. Building height <br /> G. Allowable floor area <br /> H. Proposed floor area <br /> I. Occupant load based on the CBC <br /> J. Occupant load based on the CPC <br /> 6. IF high piled combustible storage is to ba used in a building, an automatic fire sprinkler <br /> system will be required. <br /> 7. Accessible routes shall be provided per CBC § 11B-206. At least one (1) accessible <br /> route shall be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible <br /> passenger loading zones; public streets and sidewalks; and public transportation stops <br /> to the accessible building or facility entrance they serve. Where more than one route <br /> is provided, all routes must ba accessible. §11 B-206.2.1 <br /> 8. At Isast one (1) accessible route shall connect accessible buildings, accessible <br /> facilities, accessible elements and accessible spaces that are on the same site. §116- <br /> 206.2.2 <br /> 9. At least one (1) accessible route shall con Hatt accessible building or facility entrances <br /> with all accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility, including <br /> mezzanines, which era otherwise connected by a circulation path. §11 B-206.2.4 <br /> 10. Parking spaces will ba required to accommodate parsons with disabilities in <br /> tom pliancy with Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. Note that accessible <br /> parking spaces are required for each phase of the project. These parking spaces) <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance to the building. <br /> 11.Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided For the facility, per the requirements of <br /> Chapter 4 of the California Plumbing Code. <br /> 12. Pursuant to Section 422.4 of the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be <br /> accessible to employees at all times, should not be mora than 500 feet from where <br /> employees era regularly employed and accassi ble by not more than one flight of stairs. <br /> The plans shall indicate the location of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from <br /> worK areas. <br /> 13. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 2, <br /> PA-1900261 —Conditions of Approval 3 <br />
