CFC 507 Fire Protection Water Supply-Fire flow and hytlrants shall be provided for the proposed <br /> project by the use of: CFC Appendix B. <br /> b. If Fire Protection Systema era required they shall be installed according to the CFC, Chapter 9 and <br /> the appropriate stantlartls antl guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Builtling Code and <br /> the California Electrical Code. <br /> c. CFC, Section 503 Fire Apparatus Access Roads -Shall be provided as required by this section. <br /> 503.'1.2-A sacontlary access may be required. <br /> d. CFC, Section 906 Portable Fire Extinguishers-Provide portable fire extinguishers as required by <br /> this section. <br /> e. CFC, Section 506 Key Box-A Knox®Box shall be installed according to the local fire department's <br /> instructions. Make application for the key box at the fire district having juristliction of this project. If <br /> there is an electronically controlled access gate at this site a Knox® key switch will also be <br /> required. <br /> f. CFC, Section 500'1.3.3.1 Properties of Hazardous Materials - A complete list of hazardous <br /> materials used antl or stored at this site shall be providetl. <br /> g. A complete review, at building permit submittal, will require compliance with applicable cotles and <br /> ordinances. <br /> h. CFC, Section '105 Permits: Operational Permits) may be required prior to occupancy. <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Contact: [209]468-3000) <br /> a. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6)foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is eighteen(18)inches or more. Required <br /> retention basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for <br /> review and approval, prior to release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> '1'135) <br /> b. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall ba submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> c. Permit Registration Documents (PRO's) shall be filed with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB) to comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water <br /> Discharges Associated with Construction Activity". Tha Waste Discharge Identification <br /> <WDIO) Number issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works <br /> for the file. Contact SWRCB at (9'16) 341-5537 for further information. Coverage under <br /> the SWRCB General Construction Permit Order 2009-0009-DWO shall be maintained <br /> throughout the duration of all phases of the project. <br /> d.
