A San Joaquin County Watercourse Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for all work <br /> done in the channel and within twenty-five (25) feet of the top of the banks of North <br /> Littlejohns Creek. <br /> f. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. Tha fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. Tha fee will be basad on the <br /> current ached ule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> g. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for application. Tha fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering Naws Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARMTENT(Contact: [209]468-3420) <br /> a. The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These req uiremants cannot be modified. <br /> b. The existing public water systems shall conform to the requirements of the Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD), the Department of Public Works, and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Titles, Stiction 9-1120.2. <br /> c. Destroy any abandoned walls) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquln County Development Titles, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> d. Tha geotechnical borings for the soils report for this expansion were not permitted or <br /> inspected by the EHD. Tha well driller shall apply for a permit with this department for <br /> geotechnical well drilling forty-eight (48) hours prior to commencing work and prior to the <br /> issuance of building permits. Tha well driller shall notary this department ai least forty¢gM(48) <br /> hours before grouting takes place to schedule an inspection. Geotechnical drilling shall be <br /> conducted under permit and inspection by Tha Environmental Health Department (San <br /> Joaquln County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3, 9-1115.4, and 9-1115.6). Tha fee will <br /> ba based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> e. All Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) must comply with San Joaquin County <br /> Local Agency Management Program(LAMP)and current OWTS standards. <br /> 1. No leach line shall be under concrete, pavement,roadway or be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. All waste water disposal fields shall ba maintained in an open <br /> area. (San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Standards, Section <br /> 9.5.4). <br /> 2. Only domestic sewage is allowed to discharge into the OWTS. No basement, footing or <br /> surface drainage or discharge from water softener, iron filter, pool filters, or water <br /> treatment systems shall ba permitted to enter any part of the OWTS(San Joaquin County <br /> OWTS Standards 1.10.1). <br /> 3. Prohibited discharges into OWTS include: automobile and garage waste,storm drainage, <br /> solvents and toxics, solids, garbage, kitchen wastewater from restaurant or bar, air <br /> conditioners, hazardous wastes, backwash, truck terminal wastes, recreational vehicle <br /> holding tank waste, industrial and manufacturing waste, and food processing wastes(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.7 and San Joaquin County OWTS). <br /> 4.
