As for as-built plans <br /> showing what correction was made, none exist . (see remarks <br /> on test report) <br /> o At Stagg High School Tank #1 , the precision test , dated <br /> February 5, 1988, shows a leak rate of 0 .09863 gallons per <br /> hour and a length of test of three hours, for a total <br /> product loss of 0 . 30 gallons. As for as built plans <br /> showing what correction was made, again none exist . (see <br /> remarks on test report ) <br /> o At Franklin High School Tank #3 , the precision test , dated <br /> February 2 , 1989 , shows a leak rate of 0 . 179 gallons per <br /> hour and a length of test of 2 . 5 hours for a total product <br /> loss of 0. 45 gallons . (see test report attached) <br /> o The 12 , 000 gallon tank in the Corporation Yard that tested <br /> at 0 .49 gallons per hour was retested on August 23 , 1989 . <br /> The tank is certified tight .
