(2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. RIPARIAN HABITAT: The project shall not destroy or disrupt existing riparian habitat located <br /> adjacent to Temple Creek. The site plan shall show the extent of the riparian habitat. <br /> h. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (2) Key Boxes:A Knox box shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10- <br /> 1, of Volume 2. <br /> (3) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property. (C.F.C.Section 105.2.1) <br /> i. REMOVAL OF FACILITIES: All structures and/or equipment associated with the Liquefied Natural <br /> Gas facility shall be removed by the provider of such facilities and the site restored to its pre- <br /> construction state if said facilities have not been operational or used for a period of six (6) <br /> consecutive months. Removal and site restoration shall be completed within ninety (90) days of the <br /> end of said six(6) month period. <br /> 2.
