The project site is located 180 feet north of the access
point of the northwest corner of North Windwood Drive, northwest of Lodi. The
Department has the following comments:
The Department supports the concept of"Fair Share Contributions" on the part of
developers due to traffic impacts by the proposed development. Therefore, it is our
recommendation that the developer contribute their fair share for future improvements to
the State Route 99/Woodbridge Road interchange.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss our comments in more detail, please
contact Dan Brewer at (209) 948-7142 (e-mail: dan.brewetpdot.ca.gov) or me at(209)
941-1921.
Sincerely,
1
'L
DUMAS, Chief
Office of Intermodal Planning
'Caltrans improves mobility acrw California""
