,Nbv'=1'/,-05 07 : 50A P .UZ
Attention Karla Kuhl
Regarding application number PIS-05000764(MS), the property
located west of the Windwood subdivision, as a rule, my wife and I
have no objections. However, we have a sewer problem in
Woodbridge which will only be exacerbated by an additional
development. Until the situation is resolved as to how additional
sewer capacity is to be addressed, there is little point in adding
more development to the area. There are already several properties
being built on in Woodbridge proper, and several others that will
eventually be built on, and these will take precedence for sewer
hook up.
We have been fortunate that our sewer system has held up without
dumping raw sewage into the river again. However it is only a
matter of time until this problem arises. The capacity is not there
and a Final solution has not been presented to even solve our
present capacity situation.
The project description as a "minor subdivision" fails to take into
account the size of Woodbridge and the sewer situation. With the
restrictions that we have, this "minor development" is a major
problem for incorporation into Woodbridge and should be rejected.
Sincerely,
Brad and Lynette Dickey
19646 Meadow View Dr,
Woodbridge, Ca. 95258
