Brine Generator - Tanks, with lids are available in sized ranging from 55 gallons (208 liters) to <br /> 1,000 gallons (3,785 liters). A mechanical float valve assembly is included in the brine generator <br /> and keeps water level constant within the tank. Custom sizes and dimensions are available <br /> upon request. <br /> AE System Control Box -The AE Series control box houses the control board, controller display <br /> and interface block. The system operates on single phase AC electric power and is shipped <br /> with a 9 foot cord and either a 110 or 220 VAC plug, depending on the site specifications. The <br /> electronic controls are designed to diagnose and adjust the unit to optimum operating <br /> conditions or shut down the system should a fault occur. <br /> AE Series Mounting Plate - The AE Series mounting plate is shipped from the factory with the <br /> brine filter, brine pump, water manifold, power supply, control box and cell support installed. <br /> MIOX Electrolytic Cell - A proprietary membraneless electrolytic cell that produces a mixture of <br /> oxidants and is manufactured by the MIOX Corporation. <br /> AE-1 cell, Part #201-00080; AE-4 cell, Part # 201-00147 <br /> Brine Filter - This 5-micron external pleated cartridge filter removes all particulate matter from <br /> the brine feeding the AE system, protecting the system from damage. The filter housing and <br /> filter cartridge are supplied by MIOX Corporation and are required for system operation. The <br /> filter housing allows for filter change-out or filter cleaning. A 10 inch (0.25 meter) industry <br /> standard filter and filter cartridge are supplied. <br /> 10" industry standard filter housing, Part #6000-634; 5-micron pleated filter cartridge, Part <br /> #6000-805 <br /> Brine Pump - This variable speed peristaltic pump controls the volume of brine entering the <br /> electrolytic cell using a pulse width modulation signal from the controller. The pump operates <br /> on 12 VDC power. <br /> Peristaltic pump, Part #301-00016 <br /> Flow Switch - Verifies water adequate water flow through the system. <br /> Part # 300-00342 <br /> Solenoid Valve - This electric 12 VDC solenoid valve opens to allow fresh water flow through <br /> the water manifold and to the cell. The solenoid valve is controlled by the AE series controller. <br /> Part # 300-00341 <br /> Pressure Regulating Valve - Regulates incoming fresh water pressure to 15 psi for optimal <br /> system performance. <br /> Part # P-60A <br /> Mixed-Oxidant Solution Tank - This tank is an integral part of an on-demand system, and is <br /> sized to meet the injection demand at the peak hourly flow. The oxidant tank is shipped with a <br /> drop tube. A 55 gallon tank is standard with the AE-1 and AE-4 systems. Other sizes are <br /> available on request.
