Brovelli Woods Page 2 of 9 Our Project Number: LGS080537 August 31, 2008 1.2 Proposed Development The proposed development of the property is to subdivide the existing 120 acres into two, 40- acre parcels and a 40-acre designated remainder. -1.3 Site Vicinity A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. ,/1.4 Site Map A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. /2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE 2.1 Past and Present Site Use The property has been riparian habitat with Tracy Lake meandering through the center of it. The property is owned by Brovelli Woods, LLC. Doctor George Bench currently resides on the designated remainder of the subject property. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage According to a tentative parcel map provided to our office by KSN, Inc., one septic system currently exists on the site. No permits were found during a recent file review at the EHD. 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History No on-site septic permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History No on-site septic repair permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarthT". We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there are a minimum of five (5) septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site.
