Brovelli Woods Page 2 of 9 <br /> Our Project Number: LGS080537 <br /> August 31, 2008 <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> The proposed development of the property is to subdivide the existing 120 acres into two, 40- <br /> acre parcels and a 40-acre designated remainder. <br /> -1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> ,/1.4 Site Map <br /> A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> /2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> The property has been riparian habitat with Tracy Lake meandering through the center of it. <br /> The property is owned by Brovelli Woods, LLC. Doctor George Bench currently resides on the <br /> designated remainder of the subject property. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> According to a tentative parcel map provided to our office by KSN, Inc., one septic system <br /> currently exists on the site. No permits were found during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No on-site septic permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No on-site septic repair permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarthT". We <br /> counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that <br /> each building cluster has one septic system.
