Olive Avenue, Stockton, CA. 95215
Project No. 1926
Dear Chris,
I have submitted a Minor Subdivision application to divide an existing parcel into two parcels at
135 N. Olive Avenue. Community Development Department is requesting a "Will-Serve"letter for
storm drain service.
The area is drained by a roadside ditch (picture enclosed). The ditch flows to a catch basin at the
intersection of N. Olive Avenue and Myrtle Avenue (picture enclosed). The storm system is a
County system. There is curb, gutter and sidewalk along the west side of Myrtle Street which
drains the public street.
Public Works has considered this as terminal drainage on other similar projects in the area. (I
have enclosed an example from a project in the neighborhood on E. Miner Avenue.) Does Public
Works consider this project to have terminal drainage also? Thank you and call me with any
questions.
Sincerely,
i
Cesar Palacios
CP/cg
Enc.
cc: S.J.Co.
