Miner Avenue, Stockton
Project No. 18141
Dear Chris,
have submitted a Minor Subdivision application to divide an existing parcel into four parcels and
one "Designated Remainder"at 3928 E. Miner Avenue. Community Development Department is
requesting a "Will-Serve"letter for storm drain service.
The area is drained by a roadside ditch (picture enclosed). The ditch flows to a catch basin at
Lillian Avenue (picture enclosed) approximately 200 feet to the west. 'I'Ile storm system is a
County system. 'There is curb, gutter and sidewalk along the south property line (Myrtle Street)
which drains the public street.
Public Works has considered this as terminal drainage on other similar projects in the area. (I
have enclosed an example from a project in the neighborhood on Ilinkley Avenue .) Does Public
Works consider this project to have terminal drainage also? 'Thank you and call me with any
questions.
Sincerely,
pe Urphy
J MY g
Enc.
cc: Rick Griffin, S.J.Co. CDD, w/enc.
