Inspections will take place at the very beginning ofthe 131 <br /> _- shift Monday—Friday (except holidays&designated plant <br /> shutdowns)_ <br /> ` 1_ Check floor area for gross signs of liquid that may <br /> indicate a leak_ 'There should be no heavy pools of <br /> {_ r standing liquid in the pit_Daily processing may have <br /> begun during inspection time and it is acceptable for <br /> the floor to be damp_ <br /> 2_ Check sump standing liquid that exceeds the <br /> confinement ofthe small pump basin located at the <br /> North end of the sump_ <br /> 3. Check floor for gross amounts of debris.Stains and dirt <br /> residue is acceptable. <br /> Correcti+4 eActions: <br /> 1_ If excessive amounts of process rinse liquid are <br /> observed(excludes sump),use a squeegee to push the <br /> liquid towards the sump, or use a wet vac to collect the <br /> liquid_ Vretvac may be emptied into sump. <br /> 2_ If pooled liquid is identified as a tank/pipe leak, notify <br /> maintenance supervisor and Lon Kitagawa <br /> _y immediately for fiwther directions_ <br /> 3.
