Once Mr. Trevena and I completed the paperwork review we <br /> performed the physical inspection of the facility <br /> accompanied by Mr. Withrow. We observed the two underground <br /> storage tanks used to accumulate the hazardous waste, the <br /> loading rack, and the tank farm. We also inspected the <br /> control panel for the continuous monitoring system for the <br /> 6, 000 underground tank. The panel showed the system to be <br /> in normal operating function. <br /> IX. DISCUSSION WITH MANAGEMENT: <br /> Mr. Trevena and I discussed the inspection and one violation <br /> with Mr. Withrow. I indicated that I would be writing an <br /> inspection report, but BPO would only be receiving a Report <br /> of Violation (ROV) . Mr. Withrow indicated he had no <br /> questions. With the inspection completed Mr. Trevena and I <br /> left the premises. <br />
