Specific violation and required <br /> corrective action is listed below. Failure to correct the <br /> identified violation within the scheduled time period will result <br /> in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATION <br /> 1. Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Division 4 .5, <br /> Section 66268.7 (a) (6) <br /> A Land Disposal Restriction (LDR) notification was lacking <br /> from its corresponding manifest. <br /> II.
