The Navy Fire Department and Police Department regularly patrol <br /> around the boundary of this facility and they are familiar with the layout and ready <br /> access to this small terminal facility. Arrangements have been made with the Stockton <br /> City Fire Department to specifically visits and inspect the terminal annually, and at that <br /> time to jointly with Tosco's Terminal Operator test the high level alarms on the product <br /> storage tanks.
