Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> Dear Mr. Kith: <br /> In reference to your visit to the Tosco Stockton Terminal and your Hazardous Waste <br /> Inspection Report dated December 28, 1995, we are providing the following: <br /> Item No. 45 (CCR66265.52) <br /> We are in the process of amending our SPCC and OSRP plans to include the <br /> Contingency Plan information required by CCR66265.52. It is the intent to have this <br /> completed during the month of January 1996. <br /> Item No. 46 (CCR66265.55) <br /> The Emergency Coordinator for the Tosco Stockton Terminal is the Terminal Operator, <br /> who is currently Delbert Gilmore. The Terminal Operator has the responsibility for <br /> coordinating all emergency response measures, and this person has the authority to <br /> call in contractors and commit the other resources needed to carry out the contingency <br /> plan for this site. <br /> Item No. 49 (CCR66265.16) <br /> This Stockton Terminal is managed and operated at the site by one person, who is <br /> designated as the Terminal Operator, who is currently Delbert Gilmore. A Job <br /> Description for the Terminal Operator is attached. <br /> The hazardous materials handled at this site are light refined petroleum products <br /> (basically gasoline components and diesel oil) and the hazardous wastes created by <br /> the mixture of water with the light refined petroleum products. <br />
