PHS/EHD has <br /> prepared the following comments for your consideration and response. <br /> PHS/EHD had a number of questions related to the Soil and Groundwater Monitoring Report which were <br /> discussed with your consultant, Linus Farias, on January 17, 1997. f{Linus Farias indicated that he would <br /> submit supplemental material regarding the model parameters used and the calculations performed to <br /> determine residual mass and average area-weighted concentrations. ;� <br /> i. l <br /> The results of the most recent groundwater results collected on August 22, 1996 indicated that the <br /> groundwater elevation had decreased approximately eight feet since May 22, 1996.
