Waterloo Road, Stockton, California (Site Code 22073). Our proposal is to use
"Oxygen Release Compound" (ORCO) in the saturated zone at the existing monitoring wells at
the site. This patented technology uses a magnesium peroxide compound that releases oxygen
at a slow, controlled rate when hydrated. This corrective measure will provide a passive,
long-term oxygen source that will increase the degradation rate of the low TPH as
4 diesel concentrations (200 uglL maximum) that have been detected in the groundwater. A
material safety data sheet (MSDS) for ORC is attached.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to'call me at (209) 466-9580, or Linus
Farias at IT Corporation, (510) 372-5253 .
-Sincerely,_
Frank Yoneshige
Mgr.
