Lock out the driver for seven days. Do not allow the <br />truck to return to the terminal until the carrier certifies that the overfill <br />sensors have been certified to be operating. Do not allow driver to load <br />at the terminal until he has received additional training on truck rack <br />equipment and procedures. Due date: 28 July 2006 <br />• Action Von Crites. Prepare a letter to the carrier that describes actions <br />to be taken and requesting their plan to provide: <br />- certification that truck overfill sensor systems are maintained <br />and are tested; and <br />- driver training to ensure drivers check for retain prior to <br />loading. <br />Follow-up these actions at a meeting with the carrier to ensure Bartlett <br />has a plan to meet Valero LP procedures and standards.
