Please know that Bartlett <br />Petroleum takes all such incidents as Mr. Davis was involved as a <br />serious breech of driver/ company responsibility. Not only did Mr. <br />Davis' actions reflect negatively upon him, but Bartlett Petroleum <br />as well. There will be NO further such incidents involving Mr. <br />Davis. Please note ALL Bartlett Petroleum driver's will again be <br />reminded of the importance of following your policies and <br />procedures as well as ours and any deviations from them can result <br />in termination. Our drivers have been and will continually be <br />reminded of the environmental and fmancial consequences such <br />incidents create. Additionally the truck in question is now at West <br />Mark having a full scully inspection, any defects will be promptly <br />repaired.
