The concrete provides a surface seal <br />and restricts access to the piezometer. <br />° WCC will survey the elevations of the installed piezometers and <br />obtain groundwater elevation measurements from each piezometer. <br />A mark will be made at the top of each piezometer casing to <br />serve as the point from which groundwater level measurements <br />will be made.
