In <br /> reporting, the monitoring data shall be arranged in tables so that the date, <br /> constituents, concentrations, and units are readily discernible. The <br /> monitoring report also shall include an interpretation of results, a ground <br /> water contour map which clearly indicates the direction of ground water flow, <br /> and isocentration maps when applicable. The MRP also requires an annual <br /> report which summarizes the previous year's sampling, interprets the data, and <br /> recommends any necessary course of action, such as identification of sources <br /> and/or remediation. <br /> We also are in receipt of the 8 December 1992 work plan to further define the <br /> lateral and vertical extent of soil and ground water associated with the <br /> Stockton terminal 's operations. Our comments on the work plan will be <br /> provided in a separate letter.
