1 b) Violations of the Hazardous waste Control Act <br /> 2 by violating provisions of the Act or the regula- <br /> 3 tions promulgated pursuant to the Act: <br /> 4 <br /> Defendants committed the acts prohibiter' by the Act <br /> 5 <br /> and the regulations as more particularly, alleged in <br /> 6 paragraphs 22 through 23c of this complaint, incor- <br /> 7 porated herein by reference as if set forth in full; <br /> 8 <br /> 9 c ) Violations of the San Joaquin County Air <br /> i0 Pollution Control District Rules and Regulations : <br /> 11 Defendant committed acts prohibited by the Air <br /> 12 Pollution Control District rules and regulations <br /> 13 including but not limited to: <br /> 14 i . Those acts particularly alleged in <br /> 15 paragraphs 27 through 27b of this complaint , incor- <br /> 16 porated hereby reference as if set forth in full; <br /> 17 ii . Violating §§410 and 412 as set forth in <br /> 18 Exhibit 2 at #1 - #20 . 'Each date on which a viola- <br /> 19 tion occurred is considered a separate and distinct <br /> 20 violation. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 d) Violations of the Stockton Municipal Code: <br /> 23 i . The requirements of the "Uniform Fire Code, " <br /> 24 1982 Edition including "Uniform Fire Code <br /> 25 Standards, " 1982 Edition and Appendices I-A, I-B, <br /> 26 II-C, II-D, III-A, III-B, V-A, VI-A, thereto, have <br /> 27 been adopted by the City of Stockton in the Stockton <br /> 28 Municipal Code §4-001. <br /> 14. <br />
