Valley Wholesale <br /> Drugs is a wholesale distributor of pharmaceuticals; there are no manufacturing <br /> activities on the property. <br /> DEPTH TO GROUNDWATER: <br /> Groundwater was measured at an average depth of 7.81' bgl during the July and <br /> August, 2000 sampling events. This was a rise of 1.3 ' since the December, 1999 <br /> event <br /> BRIEF REVIEW OF PRIOR WORK DONE TO DATE: <br /> June, 1994 - Two 1,000 gallon gasoline UST's, product lines, & pumps were <br /> removed from the property. There was obvious contamination noted during tank <br /> removal. After taking soil samples, the soil was returned to the hole. <br /> October, 1994 - Approximately 128 CY'ds of contaminated soil was removed from the <br /> site & disposed of at a licensed landfill. Soil samples were taken and the hole was <br /> filled with clean material, and covered with asphalt. Refer to WJH report titled <br /> Interim Report Covering Results of Soil Contamination Investigation Valley Wholesale <br /> Drugs, dated January 3, 1995 for details of that work. <br /> August 31995 - Three soil borings and three groundwater monitoring wells were <br /> placed on the property under the supervision of an RG from Wm. J. Hunter & <br /> Associates. Their locations are shown on PLATE 1. The details of that work are <br /> covered in the WJH report titled Interim Report Covering Soil& Groundwater <br /> Investigation, Valley Wholesale Drugs, dated October 11, 1995. <br /> August 25. 1998 - Three soil water geoprobes were placed on the site in an attempt <br /> to further define the limits of soil & water contamination. Their locations are shown <br /> on PLATE 1. The results of that work is given in the WJH report titled "Interim <br /> Report Covering Results of Site Investigation. Placement of Soi%Water Probes"dated <br /> September 28, 1998. <br /> Quarterly monitoring was begun after placement of those wells, and continued until <br /> December, 1999, at which time sampling was changed to a semi-annual schedule. <br /> DETAILS OF LATEST WORK PERFORMED: <br /> Prior to beginning work, USA was notified to locate and mark underground utilities <br /> and piping. <br /> Wm.
