Site to enter LOP due to soil contamination as <br /> 35.27. Over-excavation stopped when obvious soil contam goes under <br /> west island and appears to go westerly and is "un-reachable" as explained <br /> by construction company. American Construction plans to back-fill over- <br /> excavation with pea gravel and MI refers them to COS for requirements <br /> prior to them placing uncompactable soils. <br /> 10/27/95 Site officially enters LOP.
