The results of all analyses are r <br /> included in the report along with a recommendation for closure of the site. <br /> PHS/EHD and the TRC has reviewed the data and concluded that no further investigation or remediation is required <br /> at this time. Destruction of the monitoring well is required to complete the closure of this site. Once the <br /> destruction of the monitoring well has been completed PHS/EHD will issue the final closure letter and the site will <br /> be removed from the contaminated site list. <br /> The monitoring well at the site must be destroyed by a C-57 licensed driller under permit and inspection of <br /> PHS/EHD.
