0 0 <br /> Groundwater Afonitoring[Fork Plan <br /> 1950 West Fremont Street Stockton California <br /> of analysis, sample results,detection limits or reporting limits,and surrogate recoveries(where <br /> applicable). <br /> • QA/QC summary reports providing data on method blanks. MS/MSD recoveries and laboratory <br /> duplicates(as applicable), LCS recoveries,and other QC required in the referenced analytical <br /> method. <br /> • For all methods, each analysis will be performed at and each analyte reported from the lowest <br /> possible dilution free of interference. <br /> USEPA Level II data generally review for method compliance and summary review of QC outliers, but <br /> are not required to be validated. <br /> 2.5 INVESTIGATION DERIVED WASTE MANAGEMENT <br /> All investigation-derived waste(IDW)including soil cuttings, decontamination fluids,development <br /> groundwater,and purged groundwater will be placed in 55-gallon U.S. Department of Transportation <br /> (DOT)-approved drums. The drums will be labeled with date,contents, generator, and contact <br /> information. At the completion of field activities, the drums will be profiled. transported and disposed of <br /> by a licensed disposal contractor to an appropriate disposal facility. <br /> 2.6 REPORTING <br /> Earth Tech will prepare a groundwater monitoring report following each of the monitoring events. The <br /> groundwater analytical results as well as an evaluation of the data will be included into the report. The <br /> following will be provided as part of the quarterly groundwater monitoring report: <br /> • A narrative description of all preparatory, monitoring, sampling, and analytical testing activities <br /> for the groundwater monitoring; <br /> • Calculation of groundwater elevations,an assessment of groundwater flow direction and gradient <br /> on the date of measurement. and comparison of previous flow direction and gradient data; <br /> • A site map showing the well locations and the analytical results; <br /> • Summary table of the analytical results: <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations, if warranted;and <br /> • Analytical data reports from the laboratory. <br /> The groundwater monitoring and reporting will be conducted for four consecutive quarters. The first <br /> quarterly report will include the well installation data,such as boring logs and well construction details. <br /> The fourth quarterly report will include an evaluation of the data for potential site closure. <br /> Project 102790 8 December 2007 <br />
