With regards to the soil, DTSC suggests preparing a Corrective Measures <br /> Proposal (CMP) for DTSC review and approval following the enclosed DTSC CMP <br /> Guidance identifying deed restriction as the proposed remedy for the site. The deed <br /> restriction is subject to public notice and a 30-day public comment period. Also, a fact <br /> sheet will be developed and mailed to the community located within a quarter of a mile <br /> radius from the facility. A mailing list should be developed following the Public <br /> Participation Guidance Manual.
