Site work did not begin until November 10, 2004, and <br /> continued until November 17, 2004. A total of eight additional groundwater monitoring wells were <br /> installed both on and offsite. However, one of the wells, MW- 11 , was found to be compromised by the <br /> grout. The destruction and reinstallation of this well was completed on April 7, 2005. <br /> SJC/EHD has received a report of findings dated July 25, 2005 documenting the site investigation . <br /> Routine quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling reports have not been submitted since August <br /> 2004. In addition , California Code of Regulations Title 23 Sections 3890-3895 require responsible <br /> parties of contaminated sites to electronically submit reports of their site data to Geotracker, the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board information website. Reports from your site have not been submitted <br /> to Geotracker since October 2004 . Please proceed with the required submittals of all site analytical <br /> data collected since that date. <br /> Your consultant, ATC Associates , Inc. (ATC), informed SJC/EHD that a routine quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling event was scheduled for June 23, 2005 .
