The work plan was due for submittal no later than December 26 , 2003 , but <br /> has not been received by this agency. In addition , you were informed that a report of <br /> findings documenting the groundwater monitoring event that took place at this site on <br /> October 10, 2003 was due for submittal within 60 days following the event. This report <br /> also has not been received by this agency and is now more than two months overdue. <br /> This site is currently out of compliance with regulatory directives. The work plan and <br /> groundwater monitoring report must be submitted to SJC/EHD within 14 days of the date <br /> of this letter or your site may be referred to the San Joaquin County District Attorneys <br /> Office, or the Regional Water Quality Control Board , Central Valley Region , for <br /> enforcement action . All future reports of site fieldwork must be submitted to SJC/EHD <br /> within 60 days following completion of the work.
