Mr. Mike Infurma **MOO r/
April 11, 2001
Consultant to pursue the encroachment permit in a good-faith effort to comply with your request for
submittal of the encroachment permit along with the work plan.
Second, as you may know, the encroachment procedure for the City of Stockton is a rather lengthy
process. Cambria began work on obtaining the encroachment permit as soon as we had agreed on a
scope of work for this site (prior to the submittal of the final work plan). Cambria is still working with
the City of Stockton to obtain the encroachment permit. In the meantime, we are waiting for your review
and approval of our work plan.
I appreciate your invitation for a meeting on April 18, 2001, but I do not feel that one is necessary. We
have submitted our work plan as requested, we are pursuing an encroachment permit for a drilling
location that you have not approved of yet, and we have submitted applications for drilling permits. We
have done all we can at this point and are waiting for the encroachment permit. My Consultant will
forward a copy of the City of Stockton encroachment permit to you as soon as they obtain it. In the
meantime, if you need two separate checks for the two drilling permit applications filed for this site
please contact my Consultant, Joe Neely, at (707) 933-2361, to reissue two checks (this point was not
clear in your letter).
Sincerely,
Cr A2
Karen E.
