CAMBM
Transmittal
Date: October 2, 1998
To: Mike Infurna
San Joaquin Co. Public Health Services
From: Joe Neely
RE Shell-branded Service Station
2494 E. Fremont Street
Stockton, California
During the preparation of the third quarter 1998 Quarterly
Monitoring Report for this site, it came to our attention that the
ground water flow direction as reported in Cambria's June 29, 1998
Site Investigation Report was improperly reported.
The error originates on Table 3 of the Site Investigation Report
where the ground water elevation values for each well are reported
as positive numbers when they are in fact negative. This resulted in
the ground water flow direction being reported in the reverse
direction on the ground water contour map (Plate 2).
Attached are copies of Table 3 and Plate 2 that have been corrected.
We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused.
cc: Ms. Karen Petryna, Equiva Services LLC
Ms. Pat Anderson, Regional Water Quality Control Board
CAMBRIA,Inc. 270 Perkins Street Sonoma Tel 707 / 9354850
Post Office Box 259 Califomia 95476 Fax 707 / 935-6649
