Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for the remediation of an <br /> underground leaking storage tank site located at 2494 E. FREMONT STREET, in the <br /> City of Stockton, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division. The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous <br /> substances which contaminated the site due to an unauthorized release associated <br /> with the underground storage tanks (UST) formerly located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, Local UST <br /> Oversight Program, has made a determination that the plan is in compliance with local, <br /> State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the Environmental Health <br /> Division, 304 E.
