(Cambria)prepared this revised work plan on behalf of <br /> Equilon Enterprises, LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell). San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) requested a revised work plan in their June 17, 2004 <br /> letter. The revised work plan proposes further assessment north of the subject site. The work <br /> plan presented below is written to comply with EHD and Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB)guidelines. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of East Fremont Street <br /> and Filbert Street in Stockton, California (Figure 1). The site is an operating Shell-branded <br /> service station with two underground gasoline storage tanks, one underground waste oil tank, <br /> four dispenser islands, and a station building(Figure 2).
